How to offer special discounts

1. Can I adjust the booking rate when accepting a new request?
Yes. If you haven’t accepted the booking request yet, tap Accept in the chat. A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the booking amount. Enter your discounted rate and confirm.


2. What if the booking is already accepted and paid?
Once payment is processed, you cannot modify the rate. You have two options:
  • Cancel and Rebook: With the guest’s approval, cancel the existing booking and send a new request at the discounted rate.
  • Next Stay Discount: Offer to apply the discount on the guest’s next booking.

3. How do I send a Custom Quote?
Use the Custom Quotefeature for full flexibility:
  1. Select Send Custom Quote.
  2. Enter the proposed rate (including discount).
  3. Submit—your guest will receive the offer before booking.

4. Is there a fee to adjust the rate or send a Custom Quote?
No. Both editing the booking amount before acceptance and sending Custom Quotes are free app features.

5. Will my guest see any additional steps or delays?
Before Acceptance: Seamless—the guest confirms your adjusted rate as usual.
After Acceptance (Cancel & Rebook): You’ll need the guest’s permission to cancel, then they must accept the new request.
Custom Quote: The guest receives your offer immediately and can accept without further back-and-forth.
