Is Petbnb suitable for my pet?

Sitter expertise

Because Petbnb hosts a wide variety of sitters, it is likely that you will be able to find a suitable sitter for your pet. The sitters often provide a detailed description of their experience with animals and the services they offer in their ads. Some sitters are experienced in caring for elderly or sick dogs or cats, while others have a lot of experience with puppies or kittens. There are even sitters who offer a free wash and grooming session for your pet if you wish! Additionally, some sitters have extensive experience with specific breeds. You can also filter for behavioral issues.

Number of pets at the same time

It’s also important to consider the type of care being offered. Some sitters only take in one pet at a time. Petbnb allows a maximum of five pets to be cared for by one sitter at the same time, but this can be overwhelming for some animals. We recommend this option only if your dog is accustomed to being around multiple dogs. It’s also wise to schedule a meet-and-greet so your dog can get to know the sitter and any other dogs that will be present.

Meet-and-greet

After you submit your request, a meet-and-greet with the sitter will follow. It is only during this meeting that you can truly determine if there is a good match between the sitter and your furry friend. We advise pet owners to meet with multiple sitters, as your favorite sitter may not always be available when you need them in the future. In such cases, it’s good to have a few backup sitters.

These differences also explain the price variations between different sitters. In summary, check out the ads of the sitters near you and send a request to the sitter(s) that seem suitable.
