Why hasn’t my profile been reviewed yet?

At Petbnb, we’re excited about every new, motivated sitter who joins our community. We receive many wonderful profiles every day, and because we manually review each application carefully, the activation may sometimes take a little longer than expected.

Please first check if you’ve completed all steps:

  • Profile and gallery photos: add a clear profile picture showing you, plus several photos that show your interaction with pets.
  • Payout verification: the small verification payment must be fully processed. In some cases, our payment provider may also request an ID check via email. Please keep an eye out for emails from Online Betaalplatform.
  • Training: completing the short online training is required.

If all steps are done and your profile is still not activated, please contact us through our Helpdesk. This way, we can directly review your application and speed up the process.
