I am having trouble logging in

You can try a few things:

  • Click on the link in one of our emails to access a recent request. You will usually be logged in automatically. However, if the email was sent a while ago, the link may no longer work, and you will need to log in again.
  • You may have signed up with Facebook. If so, make sure to log in using Facebook again.
  • Be careful not to type any spaces in your email address or password when logging in.
  • Request a new password.
  • Try opening Petbnb in a different web browser. Our website works best with Google Chrome and Firefox.
  • Tip: Download the app from the App Store or Google Play; this way, you’ll always stay logged in!
