I am having trouble logging in

You can try a few things:


  • Click the link in one of our emails to access a recent request. This usually logs you in directly. However, if the email was sent a while ago, the link may no longer work, and you’ll need to log in again.
  • You might have signed up with Facebook. If that’s the case, you’ll need to log in using Facebook.
  • Make sure you don’t accidentally type spaces in your email address or password when logging in.
  • Request a new password.
  • Try opening Petbnb in a different web browser. Our website works best with Google Chrome and Firefox.
  • Tip: download the app from the App Store or Google Play to stay logged in all the time!
